No, by paying the initial upfront payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to complete purchase of your Pass.
Whether you choose to pay full at the time of purchase or use our split payment option (with an initial payment of $49 and the remaining balance charged around 4 May 2026), both options represent a confirmed commitment to purchase the Pass. This includes authorising the credit card provided in your account for the remaining balance.
This commitment to purchase the Pass means that the purchase and any subsequent pending payments cannot be cancelled, either after the initial payment or payment in full, except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, or in our Terms & Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage Terms). Outside of these exceptions, the Epic Australia Pass is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. These details are clearly communicated on our website and in the Pass Terms & Conditions.
If you believe your situation may qualify for a refund under Epic Coverage, we encourage you to review the Terms & Conditions here to see if any Personal Refund Events to check if any Personal Refund Events apply. If so, you can submit an Epic Coverage cancellation online by clicking here.
