Epic Coverage cancellation requests must be submitted through our online Epic Coverage Cancellation Request form.
Once you have successfully submitted your cancellation request you will be sent an email confirmation from the Epic Coverage team. This email will include:
- Confirmation that your request was received
- Your enquiry number for reference
Ongoing Correspondence
For follow up or additional information:
- Reply directly to your original cancellation enquiry email. This ensures that all information stays within the same enquiry thread, and a member of the Epic Coverage team will respond.
