Epic Coverage cancellation requests must be submitted through our online Epic Coverage Claim Form. Once you have successfully submitted your cancellation request you will be sent an email from the Epic Coverage team confirming receipt of your request and providing you with an enquiry number.
For all ongoing correspondence relating to your cancellation request, we request that you reply to your original cancellation enquiry email to ensure that all information is contained within the same enquiry, and a member of the Epic Coverage team will be in touch.
