Your Mountain Access Card is for your personal use only and is not transferable to any other person.
You are responsible for promptly reporting if your Mountain Access Card is lost or stolen by contacting the Epic Australia Pass team here, or visiting a Ticket Office in Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham.
Replacement cards can be purchased via the Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham online store and collected at our lift ticket pick up machines located throughout the resorts.
Please note, you are liable for any use of your Epic Australia Pass that occurs while it is not in your possession unless you have already reported it lost or stolen. Use of your Epic Australia Pass by another person may result in the Pass being confiscated and not re-issued.
