For smooth lift access, follow these tips:
Check Your Card
Ensure each family member has the correct Mountain Access Card with their own name printed on it.
Where to Keep It
Place your card in a pocket on the left-hand side of your body, above your waist.
Avoid Interference
- Keep your card away from mobile phones and credit cards.
- Only carry one Mountain Access Card in your pocket - multiple cards may interfere with scanning.
At the Gate
As you approach, the gate will scan your card:
- Valid Scan: The turnstile will open.
- Invalid Scan: The gate stays closed.
If your card doesn't scan, don't worry - a staff member will assist you.
