Yes. You can change your Epic Beginner Bundle reservation through your Epic Australia Pass account, provided the change is made 48 hours or more before the start date of your reservation.
To update your reservation:
- Click here to sign in to your Epic Australia Pass account
- Select Reservations, then use the drop-down menu to choose the relevant Pass holder
- Select View Your Reservations and then Cancel
- Once cancelled, navigate to Make a Reservation to select a new date, subject to availability
Changes within 48 hours of the reservation start date cannot be made through your account. However, if you are unable to attend due to illness or injury within 48 hours of your reservation, please contact our team here before your reservation start time and provide a valid medical certificate. Once a valid medical certificate has been received, we can assist in moving your reservation to another available date of your choice within the 2026 winter season, subject to availability.
