To view your pass purchase/s completed with $49 initial payment, please follows these steps:

- Select the order that corresponds with your initial purchase date
What does my Payment Plan Status mean?
- Pending = Final Balance Payment is yet to be completed, due 3 May 2022
- Complete = Final Balance Payment has been processed, pass is ready
- Returned = Pass purchase has been returned/cancelled
Can I make Partial Payments toward my Epic Australia Pass final balance?
Our sales systems do not currently have the capability to accept partial payments toward your Epic Australia Pass purchase, however you do have the option of paying the full remaining balance for your pass/es prior to the due date of 3 May 2022.
To complete your final balance payment prior to the 3 May 2022 payment deadline, please follow these steps:

- Click on the grey circle to the left of the passholder name, and then click 'Pay Now'
$49 Upfront Agreement
According to the Terms and Conditions of the 2022 Epic Australia Pass, by paying the initial payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to buy the Epic Australia Pass for the 2022 Australian winter season and the 2022/23 Northern Hemisphere winter season, and that the credit card you provided is authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase on or about 3 May 2022.
Except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law or Epic Coverage - Australia refund policy, in our Terms and Conditions, the Epic Australia Pass is a non-cancellable, non-refundable purchase. The Epic Australia Pass (or amount paid for the pass) cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.
