Having Trouble Finding the Invitation That Was Sent to You?
Sometimes, Bring A Mate invitations can accidentally end up in your Junk or Spam folder. We recommend checking there first.
Still can't find it? Touch base with your mate to make sure they have your correct email address and ask if they can try re-sending the invitation.
Invitation Says "Already in Use" - But You Haven't Purchased Yet!
If you've opened your invitation and now see a message "already in use", "has been purchased" or "cancelled", don't worry - this usually means the ticket is sitting in your shopping cart in another browser window.
What to do:
- Start by checking any other open browser windows or tabs to see if the ticket is already there.

Still no luck? Wait about 15 minutes, then click the invitation link again. This usually resolves the issue.
