As the RFID technology used in our Australian resorts is different from the technology used in the Northern Hemisphere resorts, you will need a different Mountain Access Card for use in each hemisphere.
To collect your Pass in any of the six Resorts of the Canadian Rockies resorts, present your valid Epic Australia Pass card and a valid photo ID that states your full name and date of birth (this could include your Passport or Driver's License) at a ticket window. The ticket agent will use the Customer ID number displayed on the front of your card to search for your account in the system, verify that your account information matches with your photo ID, and issue you with a daily lift ticket. This process will need to be repeated on each day that you plan to ski/ride.
Please Note:
- If you have an older Mountain Access Card or have owned multiple accounts with us, your Customer ID number may be out of date. Please sign in to your account by clicking here to confirm that the Customer ID number in your account and the Customer ID number on your current Mountain Access Card match prior to travelling. If these numbers do not match, please reach out to the Epic Australia Pass team here for further assistance and to arrange a new card.
- Made it to Canada and forgot to bring your Mountain Access Card with you? Sign in here to find your Customer ID number and present this at the ticket counter along with a valid photo ID.
