As the RFID technology used in our Australian resorts is different from the technology used in the Northern Hemisphere resorts, you will need a different Mountain Access Card for use in each hemisphere.
Epic Australia Pass Holders must book at least three consecutive nights of lodging at a participating resort lodging property* to redeem their three complimentary lift tickets. Lodging must be booked directly through a participating lodging property, bookings made through third-party websites cannot be honoured for this offer.
To collect your Pass in a Ski Arlberg resort, present your Australian issued Mountain Access Card and a valid photo ID that states your full name and date of birth (this could include your Passport or Driver's License) on arrival at your lodging property. The reservation agent will use the Customer ID number displayed on the front of your card to search for your account in the system, verify that your account information matches with your photo ID, and issue you with a Ski Arlberg card.
Please Note:
- If you have an older Mountain Access Card or have owned multiple accounts with us, your Customer ID number may be out of date. Please sign in to your account by clicking here to confirm that the Customer ID number in your account and the Customer ID number on your current Mountain Access Card match prior to travelling. If these numbers do not match, please reach out to the Epic Australia Pass team here for further assistance and to arrange a new card.
- Made it to Austria and forgot to bring your Mountain Access Card with you? Sign in here to find your Customer ID number and present this at the counter along with a valid photo ID.
* Longer minimum night stay may apply to certain resort lodging properties depending on general lodging property requirements.
