If your Pass discount isn't applying correctly when purchasing lessons or rentals in the Perisher, Falls Creek, or Hotham online shops, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Discounts only apply to products purchased for the Pass holder
Pass holder discounts can only be used for products assigned to the Pass holder themselves. If you're purchasing for friends or family who don't have a valid Pass, the discount won't apply.
- Product assignment matters
If the product is assigned to someone without a valid Pass, the discount won't apply. Always double check that the product is linked to the correct Pass holder before completing your purchase.
- Duplicate accounts can affect eligibility
If you've made purchases through a duplicate account, your discount may not apply correctly. Please contact the Epic Australia Pass team for help reviewing and resolving any account issues.
