You can cancel Bring a Mate invitation that has been sent prior to your mate using it for purchase of a 1 Day Lift Ticket. To cancel a Bring a Mate invitation, follow these steps:
- Sign in and select ‘Bring a Mate’
- Select the invitation that you wish to cancel and select 'cancel'
Once cancelled, you will be able to send this invitation to another mate of your choice.
Please Note:
- If a lift ticket product that was purchased using a Bring a Mate invitation is cancelled, that invitation is unable to be reinstated and allocated to another mate.
- Once your mate has used their invitation to purchase a lift ticket and then decides to cancel their ticket, they must refer to the Terms & Conditions of that purchase by clicking here.
