As the RFID technology used in our Australian resorts is different from that used in our Northern Hemisphere resorts, so you will need a separate Mountain Access Card for each hemisphere.
Preparing for Your Visit
To make the most of your Epic Australia Pass discounts and save time at the ticket counter, we recommend completing these steps before you arrive:
- Visit www.epicpass.com
- Select 'Sign In' (top right corner) using your existing credentials
- Complete the Release of Liability for each family member
Collecting your Pass on Arrival
When you arrive at a North American resort:
- Visit a season pass office
- Show a valid photo ID with your full name and date of birth (e.g., Passport or Driver’s License)
Once verified, you're ready to hit the slopes!

U.S. Resorts & Whistler Blackcomb
You do not need to present your Australian issued Mountain Access Card in order to collect your Pass for use in the U.S. or Whistler Blackcomb.
If staff have trouble locating your account, provide your Customer ID number (found by signing in to your Epic Australia Pass account and selecting My Season Passes).

You will be required to present the My Season Passes page of your Epic Australia Pass account.
