There are a few reasons why the final balance payment for you Epic Australia Pass could have failed:
Insufficient Funds
If your final balance payment failed due to insufficient funds, we recommend checking that your account has the funds needed for your final balance and then following the steps below to complete your payment.
Incorrect or expired payment method
If your final balance payment failed due to incorrect or expired payment details you will need to update your payment method by following these steps:
- Click here to sign in
- Select 'Payment Detail'
- Select 'Update Credit Card Details'
Once updated, we recommend that you follow the steps below to complete your payment.
To complete your Final Balance Payment:
- Click here to sign in
- Select 'Payment Plans' and then 'View'
- Select the order date corresponding with your original purchase
- Click on the grey circle to the left of each passholder name
- Select 'Pay Now'
- Follow the steps to complete your payment
