WHO IS ELIGIBLE? HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE?
Anyone who skied or snowboarded with an Epic Australia Pass at Park City Mountain between 27 December 2024 and 8 January 2025, is eligible.
Guests who used one of the following products during this time will not be eligible for credits: Ski and Ride School add-on lift tickets, complimentary tickets or passes, employee coupons, recreation tickets, employer-provided passes or vouchers, trade partner products.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we work to assist all impacted guests.
WHAT IS THE CREDIT AMOUNT I WILL RECEIVE?
To address the on-mountain experience, we are providing all 2024 Epic Australia Pass holders a 50% credit per day skied or snowboarded at Park City Mountain between 27 December 2024, and 8 January 2025, to apply toward the purchase of a 2025 Epic Australia Pass. Season Pass per-day credits are calculated based on eight days. The minimum credit amount these Pass holders will receive is 25% of the total purchase price of their 2024 Pass. All credits will be cutomised for Pass holders based on the price of their 2024 Pass, product type, and number of days skied between 27 December 2024 and 8 January 2025.

You will receive an email if you are eligible for a credit based on your 2024 Epic Australia Pass and days skied between 27 December 2024 and 8 January 2025. Your credit will be made available in your account and can be applied to your purchase by following the steps outlined here. If you have already purchased a Pass with full payment up front, you must contact us here to redeem your credit.
I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A PASS, CAN I STILL GET A CREDIT?
Yes, you are eligible for a credit if you have already purchased a Pass and received an email with your credit based on your days skied. Your credit will be made available in your account and can be applied to your final balance payment by following the steps outlined here. If you have already completed Pass purchase with payment in full, you must contact us here to redeem your credit.
WHEN CAN THE CREDITS BE USED?
Credits are valid while 2025 Epic Australia Passes are on sale. You will need to redeem your credit prior to the end of the sale period and use your new Pass within the 2025 winter season. Credits are not transferable to another person or to any future season.
WHAT TYPE OF PASS CAN I USE MY CREDITS TOWARD?
Credits can be applied toward the purchase of a 2025 Epic Australia Pass product. Please note: If the price of the new product is lower than the value of your credit, the difference will not be refunded.
WILL THOSE IN MY GROUP / PARTY BY ELIGIBLE?
Pass holders who skied or snowboarded at Park City Mountain between 27 December 2024 and 8 January 2025 are eligible. The Primary Account holder for each family group will receive an email with details for eligible members of their household.
CAN I USE MY CREDIT ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN A PASS?
No, the credits can only be applied to the purchase of a 2025 Epic Australia Pass product. The credit cannot be applied towards other products, including but not limited to lift tickets, lodging, lessons, rentals, or food and beverage.
WHAT IF I SKIED OR SNOWBOARDED AT PARK CITY MOUNTAIN DURING THOSE DATES BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT A CREDIT?

I DID NOT SKI OR SNOWBOARD AT PARK CITY MOUNTAIN BETWEEN 27 DECEMBER 2024 AND 8 JANUARY 2025, CAN I STILL RECEIVE A CREDIT?
While we worked hard to keep Park City Mountain open during the strike, we are committed to addressing the impact it had on our guest's on-mountain experience. These credits are for guests who skied or snowboarded with a Pass or Lift Ticket at Park City Mountain during the patrol strike which occurred between 27 December 2024 and 8 January 2025.
WHY ARE YOU PROVIDING CREDITS AND NOT REFUNDS?
The decision to provide credits reflects that Park City Mountain was open during this time plus the 2024 Australian winter season was already complete.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND THROUGH EPIC COVERAGE?
The Park City Mountain patrol strike is not a qualifying refund event under Epic Coverage. If you have other extenuating circumstances that might qualify under Epic Coverage, please submit a claim through the Epic Coverage website.
