Details of your pass purchase status will be displayed in your Epic Australia Pass account:
- Click here to sign in
- Select 'Payment Plans' and then 'View'
- Select that Order # that corresponds with your initial payment date
Payment Plan status:
- Pending = Final Balance Payment is yet to be completed, due 3 May 2022
- Complete = Final Balance Payment has been processed, pass is ready
- Failed = Final Balance Payment was unsuccessful. Click here for instructions on how to complete
- Returned = Pass purchase has been returned/cancelled
You purchased your 2022 Epic Australia Pass with full payment up front
Details of your pass purchase will only be found in the Order Confirmation that was emailed to you within 48 hours of completing your purchase, it will not display within your account.
